Army Wife!

My hubby is going into the U.S. Army!

Wow big shock that was not the plan but oh well I'm flexible ....

I thought we gave up on the Military life idea...

Guess not since the Army will accept a G.E.D.!

Finally we are moving forward with our little lives.

He took his ASVAB test today and scored an 84!!!

Yay above average!!!

Sgt. Write (Our fantastic Recruiter) and him are talking about his career options right now as I type...

I'm so excited for him to come home and tell me what the next step is..

So he will be gone for 3 months at book camp, not to long right.... it will go fast.

I just need to stay busy the whole time and I will be just dandy

Hmm... wonder where we will end up living. People have said Japan, Korea, Germany, and Hawaii are pretty common locations.

Could we be that lucky!

...Doubt it watch we will end up in "bordomville".....Keep your fingers crossed for us then

Job Hunting, Party Of One

Freakin Economy!

My whole sent box is filled with job applications, the whole thing i swear!

My in box.... EMPTY!

why is this so complicated, I'm not even looking for a really good job just a better one than waitress at a slow restaurant. That's no a lot to ask for right.

Oh well what can you do.

But on a happier not I actually made dinner last night! Like Real food! Not mac n cheese! I'm so excited!

The Sash

Your sister in-law is getting married.

You try to be supportive, kind, smile and nod alot.

But what is with the ridiculous 80's Sash!!!

I mean really who does that to someone?!

But it could be worse, she could make me wear one

of those huge butt bows (talked her out of that one)

It would be ok if the dress worked with a sash.

But it doesn't!

Empire waist plus little jacket PLUS the sash!

Oh well i'll wear it, its her big day, her taste, and obviously not mine.

I'll just continue to smile and nod alot.
